Enjoy breakfast for dinner (or any time of the day) at MIMOD’s Kitchen’s residency at The Shop in NW

Brinner is here to stay - London Supper Club serving breakfast for dinner sets up Shop…at The Shop, NW10 From September 1st 2017

t's only a week away before Londoners will be able to tuck in to MIMOD's Kitchen's menu of breakfast classics twisted for the evening at its new NW10 location. After honing every dish through a year's worth of successful supper clubs, the pop-up has announced its first full time home taking over The Shop's kitchen in North London for two months. Serving up 'brinner' delights six days a week throughout September and October, there'll also be a dedicated weekend brunch menu as well as gluten free breads and vegan specials to boot. The menu is packed full of seasonal dishes includes a selection of Breakfast Bruschettas, topped with sumac cauliflower puree with Morcilla black pudding, salt-cod mash with half-pickled beetroot carpaccio, as well as the Middle-Eastern classic Shakshuka and the epic Breakfast Bun filled with slow-cooked maple ham hock, fried egg, fennel slaw and marmite aioli finished off with a side of sweet potato hash brown bites. For afters there'll be a NY Mornin' Doughnut 'n' coffee - a handmade sugar doughnut filled with house-made espresso ice cream and chocolate shards. The brainchild of founder Stephanie Sowden, who has put her patisserie training to good use in award-winning kitchens both in England and Australia, MIMOD's Kitchen (standing for Most Important Meal Of the Day) was born out of her own love for proper breakfast food. 'Granola isn't just for 8am, and eggs can be enjoyed at any time of the day,' Steph says. 'All the better if there's a little bit of prosecco on the side in fact!' The full menu is now online and there'll be exciting weekly specials too, as well as vegan options and specials, and gluten-free versions of everything to make sure that everybody can get their brinner fix.
